
At Horse Kinect, our team is made up of experienced, passionate and caring educators aside beautiful Equines. Kylie Dowling is an educator, equine-assisted wellbeing practitioner, and lifelong horsewoman with a deep commitment to social and emotional learning, skill acquisition and pathway development. Kylie’s connection with horses began at the age of six, when she received her first pony. From Pony Club, showing, gymkanas and eventing to polocrosse, campdrafting, polo, racing, and stock work, horses have been central to her life. Kylie has a BSc in Science (Human Movement) Dip Ed PE, Cert IV Workplace Trainer, Cert IV Pilates Instructor, TB Racehorse Trainer, Equine Assisted Wellbeing Practitioner and has represented WA in Polocrosse for many years, Australia a couple of times, winning the 2007 World Cup. Additionally Kylie was a teacher at the WA College of Agriculture -Narrogin for 25 years. Appointed for her unique combination of PE teaching and Equine experience, Kylie played a key role in establishing what became a highly successful Equine Course in 1998. This was successful in increasing female participation in agriculture and equine industries.
Kylie spent 25 years teaching at the College while raising four children, mentoring young people, and integrating physical education, agriculture, and equine learning into meaningful vocational pathways.
Today, Kylie brings together her lived experience in competitive sport, agriculture, and education with her training as an Equine Assisted Wellbeing Practitioner. Her work focuses on developing emotional intelligence, nervous system regulation, confidence, and self-belief through embodied learning experiences with horses.
As the founder of Horse Kinect, Kylie creates programs grounded in connection, responsibility, and real world skill development.
